Hey peaceful pals! Today’s post is going to make your life a lot easier – I’m sharing my vegan freezer staples! My top tip for new vegans is to always be prepared, and having food in the freezer allows you to be prepared for anything. It’s so important to keep frozen meals so that you always have food options, even when you’ve had three exams this week and really need to go grocery shopping (anyone else???) and freezers also allow you to keep a wide variety of fruits and vegetables without worrying about them going bad! Having a stocked-up freezer will ensure that you always have vegan food handy.
Hey vibrant vegans!! I am SO excited for today’s post, because it’s a super positive one. I try my best to leave you feeling empowered and excited every time you leave this little corner of the Internet, but I understand that sometimes when we’re talking about animal exploitation and abuse, things can get a little heavy. The good news is that we do have the power to stop animal exploitation, and today’s post is all about how we’re wielding that power in big, big ways. 2019 is the year of the vegan, baby, and I couldn’t be more excited!!
Hey fruit-loving friends! I’m super excited to share today’s post because it’s been my absolute go-to breakfast for the past few months. This peanut butter and jelly smoothie bowl is packed with tons of nutrition and thanks to healthy fats from the peanut butter, hemp seeds, and flax seeds, it’s actually going to leave you full! I seriously can’t start my morning without this smoothie bowl, and I hope you love it!!
